Open Question: How do women react when someone is checking out their feet?

Ever since summer happened women love to wear sandals, flip-flop, and open toes shoes and I love it women are looking great and showing off their feet but I can help but check all their feet out. At first I was being secretive about but as of late I feel that as though someones going to catch on.What do girls do if they know someone is checking out their feet? How do they react and how does it make them feet?P.S.
