Open Question: Why is my little brother looking at pictures of feet?

my brothers 10 and I guess he's starting to look at girls on the internet. Not like porn or anything, he probably doesn't even know what porn is. Anyway, I caught him looking at pictures of "oily feet". What the hell is that and why would he be looking at it? I know some people have weird fetishes but i dont know how my brother would even know what that is. I don't care because I did that kind of stuff on the internet when i was his age, but it seems a little weird that he is looking at feet...
