Open Question: Why do guys have pantyhose fetishes?

I wear pantyhose quite often because I like to wear skirts and dresses. I always wear them for church, and it's just how I like to dress the rest of the week. But in my experience, there have been a lot of guys that stare at my legs, or even touch them. They have asked if I would let them rub my legs or feet while I'm wearing them. What is it about nylons that attracts men? I'm OK with it, just curious.I didn't say it was in church (it's not). It was usually at school or during social activities or when visiting at their house or mine.
