Open Question: why cant i get an erection without touching myself. im 16?

so for the past year i havent been able to get a erection without touching myself. even when i do touch myself, it takes around 3 minutes for it to go up. the erections i get are also pretty weak and flimsy. their never stiff. im compleatly health 16 year old guy with not heath problems mentaly of phisicly. what can be the cause of this. i also dont get morning woods anymore. i have a major foot fetish so im always seeing girls feet at public. nomatter how excited i get from this, it wont go up
