Open Question: WARNING: gross, but i need to no!?

this is really gross, well i think it is, but i need to ask you guys.a few days ago i was staying over at my mates house. her boyfriend came round blah blah blah... and to cut a long story short i basically walked in on him when he had clearly just finished masterbating. the weird thing is, he was full on licking his hand and fingers as if eating his own c**. seriously, is this normal or just a totally gross and weird fetish? becasue i for one didnt realise guys were into eaten there own seamen!! lol. and believe me, i have never and will never set foot in that house again! lol xxim 20. it happened when i was around my mates uni house. i was reeeeeally embaressed and he hasnt spoken to me since. lol.
