Open Question: VERY BIZARRE AND DISTURBING MOVIE?

I have just finished reading both of these books, (I should point out they are for ADULTS ONLY!) Highly original too I thought. Haven't really read anything quite like them before. Which made me think - could they be made into good movies? Have a quick look at the links to read the plots. To go into slightly more detail - The women in the story (including the main character, Mina), are slaves who are kept in a sort of underwater prison, in a very large area on the seabed, 10,000 feet below the surface, swimming around aimlessly in a weird sort of human aquarium. They are each kept sealed inside very vivid and colorful rubber and latex 'fish' costumes, all for the depraved voyeuristic lust of the creator of something called 'Project Charybdis.' Some of them are kept in rubber stingray, eel and mermaid costumes too. It's pretty surreal and as I said, the books themselves are of an adult nature, so I can't go into too much more detail if you know what I mean. I think these books would make an incredible kind of SciFi/Fetish movie! Who could play the main character Mina?
