Open Question: Do some women knowingly tease guys with they're feet?

I'm a black 27 year old gentleman and as far as I can remember, I've always had a foot fetish, I just find women with pretty pedicured feet VERY attractive but I'm not a freak about it though lol I have female friends who have asked me to massage they're feet and they've said things like "I just got this nice pedicure today! What do you think?" and some of these women I know, KEEP on showing me they're feet for some reason. These friends range from all races but I also particularly find Indian female feet attractive (I don't know why, I just do!) but my question is: Do some women knowingly tease some guys with they're feet?? I'm not talking about simple dangling either, I remember times on a bus where a woman would sit across from me, and she would dangle her feet too close to me for comfort! To the point where it slightly hit my leg, which caused a reaction for me to look at her, she looked at me, looked away and just KEPT on doing the same thing! I'm not saying ALL women knowingly do that, but I've met a lot of women who are very good at analyzing guys (scary!) and I need a genuine answer from a female, can some women TELL if a guy has a foot fetish?
