Smells like feet to me
I don't know if I am acurate on this or not but I belive there is a certain tree that gives off an aroma that resembles the smell of womens feet. It is hard to describe but I have ran into this tree many times. I don't mean that it smells exactly the same, maybe most of you would think that I am completely off if you ran into it yourselves. I guess it is a similar smell that reminds me of the smell of feet. I think the smell is somewhere in the tree's leaves or something, I will pay closer attention next time and try to pinpoint the type of tree.
Also the smell of a shoe polish that I own also smells like feet. It is not a liquid shoe polish it is a kind of dry cream looks kinda like black crayon. This stuff definately resembles the smell of womens feet to me, I dont know if it is this brand in particular or not. Ofcourse these smells are not even close to smelling as good as the real thing, there is only a slight resemblance, a hint o cheese if you will Any of you ever encountered something, anything, that smells like the smell of women's feet. (Not including the smell of vinager) |

Scientist: New Orchid Smells Like 'Sweaty Feet'
Hey tyler,
Q) How many Kurt Cobains does it take to change a lightbulb? A) Four. One to be depressed about it One to take herion over it One to sing a bad song about it And one to shoot it Although this is probably not the tree I was speaking of this does prove that there is such a thing as a tree that smells like feet. The one I was talking about would never give you a stiffy, can possibly arouse some thought that could lead to one though. I would love to smell those orchids those scientist discovered Story can be found at : http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,289544,00.html SAN FRANCISCO — Scientists announced Monday the discovery of a rare — and stinky — orchid species that flourishes only in the wet meadows of a beloved portion of Yosemite National Park. Botanist Alison Colwell said the species' minute, tennis-ball yellow flowers weren't what first led her to it, but rather the smell of sweaty feet that the Yosemite bog-orchid emits to attract pollinators. "I was out surveying clovers one afternoon, and I started smelling something. I was like, 'Eew, what's that?'" said Colwell, who works for the U.S. Geological Survey in El Portal. "It smelled like a horse corral on a hot afternoon." The plant, which is the only known orchid species endemic to California's Sierra Nevada range, grows in spring-fed areas between 6,000 and 9,000 feet, Colwell said. All nine sites where the orchid has been spotted are in the park, some adjacent to areas popular among visitors, according to an article announcing the species' discovery published in Madrono, a journal of the California Botanical Society. The species isn't likely to have any commercial value since its flowers are less than a quarter of an inch wide, but some orchid lovers were so enthused by the news they began planning cross-country trips to see its delicate summer blooms.
