Open Question: Should we ban the postman from listening to music on his Ipod while he delivers letters?

My postman is a moron, he constantly delivers my mail to next door and their mail to me and i know why! He is distracted as he walks around with his headphones in listening to music so he messes up the delivery's, no other profession lets you half heartily do your job whilst listening to a music player, they should understand they are being paid to do a job properly and if they worked in an office they wouldn't be allowed to sit there with their headphones in. I am concerned that my classified letters will be delivered to my neighbours who will open them and blackmail me with it, i have a very dark past and multiple court cases against me at the moment and i also like fetish feet porn and am afraid to order it incase he delivers to the wrong house again. Help me stop these postmen such a lousy job.
