Open Question: Should i break up with my boyfriend? Does he really love me?

I just recently discovered that my boyfriend has a foot fetish. We have been dating 3 years and he never told me he was a perverted freak! I hate people with foot fetishes because they are just filthy perverts with sick minds! I am not sure if i should break up with him though, he is probably the nicest guy to ever exist,,,,,he would do anything for me without any questions. i asked him why and he said that he does this because he loves me, but being a pervert i am not sure if he is just trying to get at my feet. I don't think a person with a foot fetish could actually feel love for a woman without trying to suck their toes or some creepy thing like that. I plan on breaking up with him tonight, is that a good idea? do you think he really loves me or does he only want my feet? he does not act perverted, but remember, people with foot fetishes are not normal.
