Open Question: photography question here?

hey ppl.. i'm starting an adult site, foot fetish/light bondage type stuff... however in my ad i posted that there would be no nudity or no sexual acts of any kind.. and i know to photograph models they need to be 18.. so i looked online and found the USC 2257 record keeping act.. now i printed the model release forms and the record-keeping act forms.. but what kind of ID is required? it says 2 forms of ID. One model states her driver's license is invalid, but it shows her date of birth on it.. is that acceptable?
