Open Question: Need advice from women over 21. I am falling for a woman I pay to see?

Ok lets be clear. I am a male with a foot fetish and i pay a model that allows me to worship and massage her feet for an hourly fee. What's happening is that she is not just beautiful and open minded ( understanding of my sexual preferences) but also very classy, intelligent and educated. I live in the northeast and a woman like that is very hard to find ( Just look at the women in Jersey Shore and you'll get an idea of the type of girls that are becoming a majority in this part of the country). I think I am becoming attracted to her and i'd like pursue her but at the same time I don't know if she feels the same way or she is just using me for the money. Most american women are very judgmental when it comes to foot fetishist and finding a woman "in the real world" who is understanding and i could connect with is very difficult.The main issue is that im spending a lot of money in the appointments I have with her since i've become her regular. I feel very guilty because my family expects me to save my money but I don't tell them anything about his. Also I feel the need to book her and spend time with her since she may leave to her country soon and im afraid i'll regret it if i don't spend time with her.I need advice really badly.
