Open Question: My new boyfriend has a foot fetish, but I hate my feet!! I'm scared to let him see them. HELP!?

I really, really dislike my feet, always have, and now my new boyfriend has a MILD foot fetish (It's more that he like a girl who has pretty, looked-after feet) so I'm slightly scared of him seeing them! Guys, those of you that have this sort of foot fetish, what can i do to make them nicer? Or will I have to deal with the fact that he won't like them.....? And is there much i can do to change that? Thanks!
