Open Question: Is my friend gay, and does he have a foot fetish?

Before I continue, I would like you to know that I have no problem with homosexuals or people with foot fetishes at all.I'm a 14 year old student, as is my friend. I'm asking whether or not you think this guy is a homosexual, and whether he has some sort of foot fetish because I honestly don't know if he's being serious or joking around.He often touches my arm or, in rarer cases, my hands. He tends to try and look sultry - although it's really bad. He's sent me two pictures of his feet so far, and is particularly open when it comes to the subject. The part I'm most concerned about it this: my friends and I - about seven of us - including him played a game of poker a while back. He was sitting opposite me. He slumped down slightly, took his shoes off under the table and began to rub my legs with his feet, slipping them up my trousers to try and get skin contact. What do you think? Is this guy gay and does he have a foot fetish? Or is he just trying to make me uncomfortable? As I said before, I don't care if he turns out to be gay or a foot fetishist, he'll still be my friend.
