Open Question: My boyfriend keeps revealing fetishes, what do i do?

This is the second time in a week after being together 4 years ... My boyfriend first brought up a bizarre foot fetish and now this.. He said something to me mid-coitus about wanting to cover his Member in caraway seeds and whirling around the room while 'connected'... What could he possibly get out of this? I'm pretty sure that loose seeds in my vagina is not healthy and could result in a quicker pregnancy, which I don't want.
