Open Question: Maybe he is just a Psycho?

I am talking to this guy and he seems to always want to rush things... We met like a week ago and he said he is an open book. He also asks whether i miss him..and if i think about him...and how do i feel about him... He also has a foot fetish and very adamant about it. We have so much in common as well and i really feel a vibe for some reason. Do u think he is needy? I want to take it slow and be just friends and i made that clear to him and he says that anything worth fighting for is worth having and that he understands... But it seems as though he keeps asking the same questions. He also said he kinda likes me after i confessed i kinda liked him too. And he said he was tired and when i told him to go to bed he said no he wants to stay up and talk to me. He also said out of all his friends we have the best conversations. He also seems to be the assertive type. And he says that he speaks from the heart. Should i continue to talk to him or no? I have asked him so many questions which he said he likes being asked questions
