Open Question: What makes a person get turned on by feet / hands?

Yes I know its normal, but whats the biological / chemical / psychological reason, theres a article about fetishes on mens health and well yeh feet / hands were the only fetishes that I couldnt understand. Ofc there doesnt have to be a reason, I mean some people like legs and necks I guess, so feet / hands arent exactly out of the ordinary.
