Open Question: Help! How do I get rid of this before my girlfriend finds out?

I am ashamed to say that i have o foot fetish...it feels wrong even saying it. How can i get rid of it before my girlfriend finds out! I don't want her to think any differently about me... There has to be some way to get rid of it...please help! :'(
