Open Question: Do I have a foot fetish?

I'm really embarrassed on asking this but it's been bugging me for years now. Ummm...well I have always noticed that i like looking at attractive women's feet. I started doing this around the 7th grade. I think it may be because I associate flip flops with summer which meant the girls wore more revealing clothing. I'm in college now, and even today, some girl had her flip flops off and had her feet elevated on a chair and i couldn't help but stare. when i meet a girl, one of the first things i do is look at what kind of shoes they're wearing.Now i want to make it clear right off the bat that i have no intention of licking or sucking feet. I think that's repulsive but just staring and admiring is different (in my own perspective at least). Do i have a fetish?
