Open Question: Do I have a foot fetish?

I don't know why, but whenever women wear open-toed heels, flip-flops, sandals, or whatever... I can't help but stare at women's feet. Especially if they have painted toenails, I can't help but stare. I had this thing with a girl before where I'd bite on her toes to wake her up, but I never figured it was a foot fetish. I don't want to do crazy things to feet like lick them, suck them, or smell them (gross) but I can't help but be drawn to them.Does this mean I have a foot fetish?
