Open Question: Guys: What is so attractive about womens shoes?

I've noticed for a long time..particularly when wearing heels (or knee high boots..especially boots)..that some guys will stare at my feet..then look away when I notice them looking.Do some guys have a feet or shoe fetish..and are there any guys here who admits to staring at womens feet..and if so..why?
