Open Question: Extremely embarrassed please help!?

Alright so me and my wife are 22 and we got married 9 months ago. About 3 weeks ago I opened up to her and confessed that I had a foot fetish. I was really embarrassed, but she didn't think it was weird or anything. She just laughed and then things were great. Every now and then she teases me about it in private, and then let's it go but today she did the unthinkable. We were at her family's 4th of July party/ family reunion, and me, my wife, her 3 sisters, and her mom were all sitting at a table eating. All of the women were talking about pedicures, and were they get them done. Then they proceeded to talk about sandals and out of now where my wife says "I bet all this talk about feet is driving zack crazy!"! I just froze and her mom said "what do you mean"? And my wife said "we'll zack here has a thing for feet". All the girls looked at me like I was perverted, and then they started laughing an teasing me. They said some really embarrassing stuff like "hey zack do you smell our shoes when we're not looking? Or now wonder you were staring at my toes. My face got really red and I just sat there. Then they kept asking if I wanted to give them foot rubs and I said no I'm gonna leave now. And with that I left without my wife, and went home. Around 1 hour later my wife came home, and I can't even look at her. She betrayed our trust and without trust what is a marriage?how do I confront my wife about this, and how do I face the in-laws?
