Open Question: when dealing with foot fetish/muslims, how close can we get to each others feet?

i know this question needs a rather Special knowledge, but its really staring to be a problem, we are both muslims and i do cover up(hijab), id like not just 2 know what we're allowed to do, but what you would say we should do much, we want to be good with allah.please help with this, should i let him kiss r suck my toes? stroke them? r should i just cover them completely till marriageid like to point out that he is a swimmer and we are Always in water and socks are not a good Choice for that
