Celestia catches this guy looking at her feet and decides to give him a really good view (ie. up close and personal)! She puts her heels on his forehead! She asks him how he likes the view now, and tells him "that's what perverts get". She talks down to him in all sorts of ways and positions her feet on his face in different ways as well. It makes you wonder if the guy learned his lesson or if he's gonna keep looking at women's feet like a "pervert". We'll just have to see...
