Open Question: how can i tell my girlfriend something like this?

well, i've been thinking.. and i need a way to tell my girlfriend about two things.. my foot and tickle fetish.. because I'm hoping she will let me worship her feet, tickle me, etc.. idk if that's to much to ask, but ima ask her for it.. i know it seems weird! but hey, don't judge.. anyways, i need a way to tell her about both. i trust her, and feel i could share this kinda thing with her, but don't know how. please help by the way, I'm 13, and my girlfriends 14.
