Open Question: How can I tell her if I can worship her feet?

Ok so im 16 years old an I have a friend who is a girl and we have know each other for like 5 years and she is like 13 years old she's in 8th grade and she's like size 5... She has let me touch her feet a couple of time she even once as a prank call my name and when I turn she hit me in the face with her foot and her toes touch my toung and she started laughing...she doesnt know I have a foot fetish but I was wondering how can tell her if I can rub her feet then kiss then and end up worshipping her feet....
