Open Question: how can i make my feet prettier?

my boyfriend wants to see my feet for the first time (sadly he has a foot fetish) but the problem is i have some-what ugly feet (i am a dancer) so i have a moderate bunion.I am embarrassed to show my feet to anyone. How can i make my feet prettier?
