Open Question: How can I ask this girl in my class if I can give her a foot massage?

Hi. My name is John! Let me start off by saying that I have a foot fetish towards girls feet. Please don't base your final answer off that, everyone is different. I find girls feet extremely attractive as long as they are well kept. I'm taking a summer course at my college and I noticed this girl in my class has very cute feet. I eventually got enough nerve to ask her can we form a study group. She says yes of course! and gives me her number. We studied one friday after our class was over and we were walking to our cars. We were talking and I got enough nerve to say " I don't mean to be weird or anything but you have nice feet" she thought it was funny, and she said she's never been complemented on her feet before. She laughed and said i'll take the complement. I was going to ask her if she doesn't mind maybe I could rub your feet sometime while we're studying, but I chickened out.I texted her after we parted ways that day and said "I didn't mean to make that conversation awkward", she texted back and said "ha ha its okay,It wasn't". Before we got in our cars she said text me if you want to study again for the weekend and I could come over her apartment. Should I ask her when I go over her apartment, do you mind if I can rub your feet? or should I simply text her and talk about it before I go there. What do you think?
