Open Question: What do you do when you have an ex-boyfriend why kinda makes you nervous but he still talks to you like before?

My Ex was kind of weird (in my opinion) he had a foot fetish and it kinda made me feel uncomfortable but my problem wasn't his fetish but the fact that he was always telling me that he loved me. He knew that I didn't love him and wouldn't say it yet if I ignored it he would say it again and when I told him not to say it he would ask me if there was something wrong.
