Open Question: How Do You Differentiate With Having A Fetish vs. Having A Mental Disorder?

I will try to explain this as best I can. Many things arouse one another sexually in many different ways. There are many forms of deviant sexual behavior out there but that is not grounds to call someone mentally ill.Some people like the pain/pleasure thing, others are attracted to feet, some like the feeling of fur on them sexually... many, many things. So I wanted to know is how would you say that you have a normal, but "different" sexual lifestyle or if there is something really wrong with you or not.Morality is not the issue here at all, it is about being "different" but healthy.
