Open Question: Y do some people have foot fetishes?

I don't have a foot fetish cuz I don't understand the allure of the foot. I've seen WAM videos (wet & messy is my actual fetish preference) where they show a minute of the woman's foot in mud or chocolate b4 she messes up the rest of her body. Perhaps it's when women wear high heels, but I still don't understand y some people find just the bare foot erotic or stuff like that.
