Open Question: Would you consider this cheating?

First off, Im a girl and Ive been loyal in every relationship Ive ever been in. My current boyfriend Ive been with for 2 years now and we dont doubt we will marry in the far future. That said, his best friend and my friend as well has a bit of a foot fetish....He has asked for me to hangout with him sometime without my boyfriend to be with us so that he can massage my feet. Seems odd to me lol but I dont consider it sexual in the slightest. Ive had my feet massaged before (only by girl friends) so seems more like a friendship thing to me. My friend has a girlfriend who doesnt even have a problem with it and doesnt consider it cheating at all.The thing is, I have no clue if my boyfriend would care or not. My friend says that he means no sexual intentions towards me by it, and based off the past I trust he wont do anything further so seems like i shouldnt care. I always tell my boyfriend everything but this time i cant because my friend is trusting me not to tell him because he is embarrassed by the fetish.Opinions please? I dont want to cheat = (
