Open Question: Would this be ok to ask?

HiI am a 22 year old male and would consider myselg very close to my Grandmother. I have a foot fetish, and although it sounds sick, in my own head too, I think she has nice feet for her age, I can't help that.Anyway, she has a habit of sitting in her chair and pulling her feet out of her slippers, bare usually, and rubbing them together on the floor, and rubbing one foot between the toes on the other one etc. I often want to ask her why she does this, and possibly tell her at somepoint about my liking for feet. She has often said that I could speak to her about anything and that she keeps secrets very well and has done in the past.1. Is it ok to think she has nice feet?2. Would it be ok to ask her why has this habit with her feet?3. Would it be to tell her about my foot fetish?
