Open Question: Women, how to approach this one?

So I have a fetish for women who wear tube socks; the all white or white w/color stripes at the top cotton, not nylon ones. My woman wears them but I want a foot/sock job from her and I don't know how to bring it up, mention it, etc...she has put her foot/feet "there" before and rubbed a bit but never the whole thing/real deal. What would you do if your guy asked you, would you do it? How should I handle this...Do I come straight out and ask; do I massage her feet one day and put them there and see what happens...
