Open Question: Wife won't do it in brightly lit area/not under covers/ completely naked?

She seems insecure, when we have sex she makes me dim the lights and it has to be under the covers even though it is absolutely roasting and I feel like I'll have a heart attack but on bright nights she won't even take off all her clothes. I like the feeling of being completely naked with her but she refuses to take off her bra and even her socks which really makes me mad as i have a foot fetish. What can I do to persuade her to do it completely naked in the light and on top of the covers?
