Resolved Question: Why do some men have foot fetishes?

I think feet are gross. The only kinds of feet that aren't totally disgusting is when women get a nice pedicure. Such feet are bearable to look at, even complementary perhaps to the rest of the woman's beauty. But why on earth do some men focus on just the feet? I've heard of men inconspicuously taking pictures of women's feet on the subway, etc with their phones. Or men who get thrills from the idea of sucking on women's toes. BLECH!!! Can someone please explain this to me?
