Open Question: Why are some guys obsessed with womens feet?

Sometimes when you look up a certain actress on YouTube, there are feet videos. Its creepy! If you search Lori Loughlin on YouTube, there is at least 2 videos showing a scene from a movie where it shows her feet.What is up with the foot fetishes?!
