Open Question: Why is it so weird what changed?

So I broke my car window motor today and went to the mechanic shop. When I was waiting a girl was in front of me in line. The was cute we smiled at each other, then I noticed she had a nice pair other flip flops and her toes were painted a nice pastel blue. I noticed it and thought it looked great so I looked down. As I looked up I saw her roll her eyes at me and kinda smirk. I felt like saying no it's not a foot fetish thing I just thought they looked nice. But I didn't say anything and went about my business.Has the world changed so much that women are always on guard? Not to sound like a pig but its that why you paint your nails so it looks nice to people? Surly you don't do it for you to look at only when you are home alone. LolDo you girls think that only a fetish guy looks at your feet and toes (not that there is anything wrong with it). If she was wearing a tight shirt or yoga pants I would have checked her out.Am i a Weirdo guy or normal guy? How do you see it?
