Open Question: Why do guys (or at least this one guy) obsess over girls' feet?

So I was talking to a guy friend a few months ago and can't stop thinking about our 2 hour long conversation at 3 in the morning about my feet... Basically he was looking at my graduation pictures from Facebook and said he liked the heels I was wearing and went on and on about how I should wear them more often.... specifically for him. Weird I know. Then we kept joking around until he asked me to send him a picture of my heels... like wtf was that. And when I say heels, I meant ALL OF THEM. Like every pair I had. THEN (don't worry almost done) he went on about abusing his balls with my feet?? He was like "I'm gonna tell you a secret but you have to PROMISE to won't laugh or tell anybody... I like getting kicked in the balls. Especially by girls" and "Could you stomp on them with your heels on?" and other weird foot fetishes that weirded even me out (and I'm an extremely dirty minded, laid back kindaa chick). Ahahaaa like what the hell do all guys think like this about a girls' feet? Is he just a freakinnn weirdo? I love that kid but honestly... he wasn't serious was he.
