Open Question: Why do girls worry about this?

There are these friends I have that get really worried that their feet smell when they come over my house and get comfortable by taking off their flats or heels. Then not all girls are like this, my friend B******e takes off her flats and she knows I have a foot fetish so she waves them in front of my face and jokingly asks if I like how they smell.
