Open Question: What is the whole process of getting your feet, socks and shoes worshiped?

My boyfriend (Michael) made a bet with his friend, Dion. They were playing a video game and the deal was that if Michael won, Dion would have to pay him $10. If Michael lost, Dion would get to satisfy his fetish by worshiping Michael's feet, socks and shoes while he was in a suit. Michael lost which means that now Dion gets to satisfy his fetish.My boyfriend has no idea what the process is of getting his feet, socks and shoes worshiped. He doesn't even know how he should start when Dion comes over to his house, what to tell him to do, how much Dion should pay him (Dion wants to), what gift should be given (Dion wants to), etc.
