Open Question: I used my sister to gratify my foot fetish. What should I do?

I have a foot fetish and back when I was in 7th and 8th grade my sister, who is two years younger then me, would let me touch, rub and play with her feet. As I did this, I would be rubbing my crotch against the floor to get off. She eventually got annoyed and creeped out by me constantly doing this a so I stopped. I'm 19 years old now and I've realized what I was doing was really wrong and disgusting. I feel very guilty about it. My parents and sister know about my fetish at this point and said they didn't think it was that big a deal that I would touch my sisters feet. (I didn't tell them I was basically masturbating when I was doing this though). I don't really know what to do or how I should handle this. I don't really like to hang around my sister beause of this and I feel like a total freak for doing this.
