Open Question: I think my girlfriend secretly thinks I'm creepy, help?

So first off, my girlfriend and I have been going out for about 2 years now, and I've started to develop a sort of fancy for her feet (not a fetish but you get the drift) and when we were basically teasing each other, I mentioned her feet, and she freaked out, she told me that they are completely off limits, but I'd like her to at least consider trying it ie kiss her feet and toes etc, I now feel that she isn't attracted to me and thinks that I am a creep, I worry that she'll not want any sexual contact of any kind with me, and I think she doesn't trust me enough, I love her more than anything, and do not want anything to be ruined between us, I respect her boundaries but I just need her to know how I feel... without creeping her out further. Any help will be much appreciated
