Open Question: I think my boyfriend is lending my shoes to other women, please help!?

Ok, my boyfriend (of 3 years) has a shoe/foot fetish which I have come to terms to and actually enjoy now. Its part of our sexual lives and it makes things interesting in bed, not to mention it means I get a LOT of new shoes. All in all, everything is perfect, except that for the past couple of months, his libido seems to have disappeared and so have some of my shoes. I visited him in the office on monday (without telling him) and immediately noticed Karen (his PA) wearing a pare of KAren Millen red 4.5" stiletto peep toe shoes which were EXACTLY like mine. Not to mention they're last years season, so the chances of her having a similar pair (especially on her salary!) and wearing them to the office seem pretty slim!! THe other reason I think that she is wearing my shoes, is because my pair have been missing for a couple of weeks and incredibly enough, when he got home Monday evening, I suddenly found them again in my wardrobe. Also, he's mentioned before as part of his fantasy he would like to see other women wearing my shoes (which coincidentally he's *** in several times). What should I do?? Is he having sex with her?? Why is he giving MY shoes to other women!? PLEASE PLEASE HELP!
