Open Question: How do i tell my friend i have a foot fetish?

I'm 14 years old and I have a foot fetish. I really want to talk to my friend about it because I think he has a foot fetish too. My friend and I talk about sex a bit and I thought that i might be able to casually ask him about feet. Sometimes he has mentioned feet at odd times and said things like lick my feet or something in a weird voice to make it sound like a joke. I really want to tell him i have a foot fetish cause I really think he has one too. How do you think I can tell if he has one or how could i ask him. Thanks.
