Resolved Question: How do I tell a close friend I like her?

I really like one of my close friends but theres a twist to her. I think one of my close friends has a foot obsession or fetish. I met her on spring break and she lives close to me but whatever not the point. Anyway she caught me looking at her feet in her hotel room and asked me if I liked her socks I said yeah cool whatever cause I didn't want to make it obvious that I have a foot fetish. But after that whenever we would talk she would always bring up something about her feet she was talking about buying new shoes, talking about her socks, and how she hurt her toe somehow. I really like this girl I want to ask her out, but I wanna know if she has a fetish like me so we can do stuff like that together and it not be awkward, how to I ask her about it then if she does have one how do I tell her?
