I realize that to qualify as pathological, the fascination with feet must be to the point that sexual gratication can not be got absent the foot factor (whether visual or tactile). However, even if someone is a true foot fetishist, and that person is happy with his "condition" of truly loving feet, feet, and nothing but the feet, then what is the problem? For one, if this person never procreates because of the fetish, but doesn't want to anyway, then that's good for the world's population problem as well as the person. Plus, one does not get STDs from foot sex. Also, let's say this person wishes to be single, and finds plenty of outlets as far as cooperative foot partners, what then is the problem? How is the condition a disorder?
