I had a weird encounter in our college library today. I was just reading and kicking off my sandals and put my bare feet on the chair. Suddenly this strange girl walks up to me, grinning, looks at my feet and tickles the bottom on my foot. She didn't say anything else and just walked away.What the hell was that about?! Did she have a foot fetish or what???It was weird, and I am not taking my sandals off again...
