My right foot particularly. Stubbing or twisting my ankle really bad, feels extremely good, especially if I don't put ice on it and put a little pressure on it. Or I lightly trace my finger around the bruise. Is this unusual? I'm perfectly happy, normal, and am NOTsuffering from depression. I also don't concider myself as a self-mutalator. Only when it happens. Not intenionally
