When Serena wants the truth out of her foe, she doesn't bother using her magic "truth" lasso. Instead, she prefers to torture his face with the pressure of her soles against her favorite leg workout device. This way, she gets the benefit of working out while also fighting evil at the same time :)

Now when Liz LightSpeed decides to punish a man, she simply goes straight for the face, ruthlessly with her soles (shaking him back and forth), until the poor guy can't take any more! It's a combination of her personalized yoga stretch workout.
